Occasionally through the shipping process a product might become broken or defective. We take care in wrapping and packaging all of our shipments to prevent this from occurring, but especially now with the increased volume due to COVID-19, this can happen from time to time. to coordinate a replacement. The customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with return shipping as well as the responsibility for packages lost or further damaged in transit. Once we receive the product an exchange will be made and shipped out to you within 48 hours. Any exchanges or damages notified after 7 days of shipping notification is not eligible for exchange or replacement.
