From Marmalade to Cows

The first time my husband and I met in person I brought him some of my homemade bread and a jar of canned zucchini marmalade. I was 23. We both lived in Ohio only a few hours apart. Six months later, we were married and I knew it wouldn't be long before we had a garden of our own. In 2015 we started Maeflower Farms. In 2019, we moved Maeflower Farms to our new place in Rupert, Vermont. 

Our Cows are A2/A2 and 100% grass fed. We practice intense rotational management with our small herd rotating them every 24-48 hours. We aim to make the land better with our cows, not destroy it.  They get good pasture grass and in turn, they give us beautiful milk (and fertilizer!) and we make cheese and soap with it.
